Maa Vaishno Devi International Foundation was born out of a divine vision on 3rd December 2004, when the founding members, blessed with Maa Bhagwati’s grace, received the sacred inspiration to establish a trust devoted to seva (service) and bhakti (devotion). What began as a small group of devoted souls has today blossomed into a vast spiritual and social family, with branches, trustees, and volunteers spread across India and overseas.
The Foundation’s core belief lies in the principle that true devotion is expressed through service to humanity. Every activity undertaken, be it a Bhandaara, a social welfare drive, or an act of charity, is a reflection of Maa’s divine energy working through her devotees.
Over the years, the Foundation has organised numerous Bhandaara events, health camps, women empowerment programs, educational aid drives, and various forms of seva aimed at uplifting society and spreading Maa Vaishno Devi’s blessings to every corner of the world.
With the collective efforts of our trustees and members, the Foundation now moves forward with a divine goal to build its first Dharamshala in Katra by the year 2035, following the historic removal of Article 370, offering a sacred space for devotees to rest, reflect, and serve.
Our guiding pillars, Sahi Log (Right People), Samuhik Prayas (Collective Effort), and Sahi Soch (Right Thinking) keep us grounded in faith and purpose. Together, we continue to walk on the path of devotion, humanity, and unity, spreading Maa’s message of love and compassion across the globe.
Our vision is to spread the message of devotion, service, and humanity across the world under the divine blessings of Maa Vaishno Devi. With the belief that “Together with everyone’s support, we will move forward and fulfill this mission,” we aim to:
• Unite devotees globally through faith and seva.
• Establish Maa Vaishno Devi International Foundation as a symbol of devotion and social service.
• Create spiritual, social, and cultural spaces that nurture service and compassion.
• Build our first Dharamshala in Katra by 2035, offering a sacred space for devotees to stay, meditate, and serve — a dream inspired by the historic removal of Article 370.

• To organize grand Bhandaara and devotional events in honor of Maa Vaishno Devi.
• To support communities through health camps, education, women empowerment, and social welfare.
• To create a global network of devotees working together in faith and seva.
• To promote moral, spiritual, and cultural growth among all age groups.
• To serve society selflessly while spreading Maa’s divine message of peace and compassion.
